Hi, I’m Michaela (Kyla for short).

I'm an Equine Iridologist
and therapist,
based in Derbyshire UK, although I do travel all over the UK helping horses and giving owners answers to what might seem the impossible.

I'm generally known as the lady with the healing hands, or the "voo-doo" lady. However, Iridology is way more than that, and I personally never work on a horse until I've seen their eyes, as I can see exactly where the pain is instantly.

I'm also fully qualified in ESMT, Myofascial release, Craniosacral, Trigger point, Saddle assessment, Reiki level 1, and am currently studying Naturopathy.

WHAT IS IRIDOLOGY?

Iridology allows a trained individual to almost 'see into the body', in order to discover what is happening internally using a simple, non-invasive and painless method.

The iris patterns have been studied since Ancient Egyptians, allowing 'prevention before cure', to become a more widely used term, and recognised over hundreds of years.

Unlike biometrics, the colour and markings of the iris change daily.

The iris is an extension of the brain, endowed with hundreds of thousands of nerve endings, microscopic blood vessels, muscles and connective tissue.

The nerve cells within the iris appear to record the vibratory rate of cells in other parts of the body, and then respond to tissue change.

The markings and colouration in the iris change as the condition in the body tissue and chemistry changes.

Imagine a 'vetting' as far back as birth!

The eye 'records' constitutional strengths & weaknesses, hereditary traits, and even where muscles or organs may be falling under stress or pain, which in turn can affect the horses temperament, nature and performance, inside to out.

Iridology has allowed me to help hundreds of horse owners find answers to the unexplained over the past few years, where all other conventional services had previously failed them.

IRDOLOGY
SYMPTOMS

WHAT COMMON SYMPTOMS CAN I HELP WITH?

"Symptoms" can be anything from skin and weight issues, to behavioral problems and ridden complaints.

At some point in a horses life, they may experience difficulties within their body. This cannot be translated to you verbally, but they do often show you when theres a problem.

Normally most problems are shown through change of behaviour or a ridden change in their work, but you might also see body changes such as itchy skin, or excessive weeing habits.

Getting an iridology reading on your horse is like having a full service and MOT, because it focuses on internal health, and the natural functionality of the organs. If an organ is in a malfunction state, it will not show up on a vet test, because its not a disease - the organ itself is struggling to do what its designed to do.

So how does this then affect your horse? Below are some general symptoms that I see all day every day. All of which are very often things that you might overlook, and possibly put down to breed, sex or general temperament.

WEIGHT GAIN / WEIGHT LOSS / SWEET ITCH / SWEATING / LETHARGY / SPOOKING / BOLTING / SKIN IRRITATIONS / BITING / KICKING / STRESS / NERVOUSNESS / FALLING THROUGH SHOULDERS / INCONSISTENT CANTER LEADS / FLEXION PROBLEMS / STABLE HABITS / LAMENESS / COPD / NASAL DISCHARGE / COUGHING / DASHING OFF / COLIC / LAMINITIS / HORMONAL ISSUES / COLD BACKED / HYPERSENSITIVITY / ULCERS / MUSCLE ATROPHY / WEAVING / CRIBBING / HEAD-SHAKING / PARASITES

If you've experienced any of these issues and have been spending endless time and money on treating the symptoms, then you need to start looking at the cause, and this is where Iridology will help you get to the root of the problems. The best thing is, there are natural ways to help the organs, and it wont cost you the earth, or be anything like the vet bills you might be used to. If you have any of these issues, or others - get in touch with me immediately to book a visit or on-line reading.

An iridology report can also be used as prevention before cure!

Your first consultation is very detailed, so I allow up to 2 hours per horse. I record as much information as you can give me about ongoing issues, diet, supplements and past history.
